Adults 18+ Years

People of all ages are welcome to visit. Overnight guests must be no less than 18 years of age.

No Pets

We truly value all of our guests and their four legged companions, and we've loved welcoming many wonderful dogs over the years. However, due to recent changes in our property care and operation, we are no longer able to accommodate dogs inside the inn and it's guest rooms or overnight on the property. Exceptions will be made for reservations booked prior to November 16, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding

No Smoking

Smoking, burning, or flames of ANY kind (candles, joints, incense burning included) are not permitted in any of the rooms or on any of the balconies or decks or private room patios. A $250 fee will be added to your bill if evidence of these are found or detected. This policy is strictly enforced.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total charge is required to hold a reservation. The remaining balance is due on arrival.

Cancellations

If a reservation is cancelled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less 10% of the deposit (with a minimum of $25.00). If a reservation is cancelled or shortened (minimum stays may apply) less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the entire 50% deposit is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There are no refunds for early departure or shortened stays. We highly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance from a reputable provider.
