Adults 18+ Years

People of all ages are welcome to visit. Overnight guests must be no less than 18 years of age.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in specific pet-friendly rooms only. No other pets are allowed. You will be charged a non-refundable $50 pet fee per dog, per night of your stay. No more than 2 dogs permitted per room, and the maximum weight allowed is 90 lbs per dog. You are responsible for all property damages and any personal injuries resulting from your dog's actions while on Land's End Inn property. They must be on a leash when not in your guestroom. Dogs must leave your guestroom daily to allow our housekeeping staff to clean your room. Please arrange a time with the staff. They must be well-behaved and those that bark, cry, or act aggressively will be asked to leave the Inn property with their owner. No attack breeds permitted on the Inn property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the second floor common veranda or in our interior public rooms – the living rooms, solarium, breakfast porch or kitchen. They should be walked to the rear parking lot area behind the Inn for all bathroom procedures. Please do not let them use the lawn or garden areas to do their business. Naturally, we expect you to clean up after your dogs on Inn property and in our neighborhood. Please place all waste in our dog waste trash bin by the bicycle rack in the upper, rear parking area. Dogs must be groomed, clean and healthy when visiting the inn. They cannot sleep in the Inn beds. Dogs cannot be bathed in your bathroom's shower or bathtub. If you agree to the above expressed policy and conditions, please select one of the pet-friendly guest rooms when booking a reservation. If you reserve online, you are agreeing to our pet friendly policy. If you do not reserve a pet-friendly room, we will be unable to allow you to check into the inn with a dog.

No Smoking

Smoking, burning, or flames of ANY kind (candles, joints, incense burning included) are not permitted in any of the rooms or on any of the balconies or decks or private room patios. A $250 fee will be added to your bill if evidence of these are found or detected. This policy is strictly enforced.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total charge is required to hold a reservation.

Cancellations

If a reservation is cancelled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less 6% of the deposit for credit card processing fees. These 6% fees are charged to us by the credit card processing companies each time we process transactions, and therefore are never waived. If a reservation is cancelled or shortened (minimum stays may apply) less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the entire 50% deposit is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There are no refunds for early departure or shortened stays. We highly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance from a reputable provider.
