 Spring Is In The Air!

Spring has definitely arrived on the Cape and summer isn't too far ahead of us.
As I look back, I realize what a truly magnificent winter it was...the popularity of being open during the winter months has proven to be a great success for us. We saw many guests who stay with us during the summer come back this past winter to enjoy the Cape during the more tranquil months. Land's End Inn will now be open all year for the enjoyment of our guests.
The spring has been very busy as well. The Whale Watch boats have been filled everyday with tours to view the whales as they migrate back to the Cape. Our guests enjoy watching the tour boats from the veranda as they come and go around Long Point.

As a matter of fact , Land's End Inn was the Editor's choice by Yankee Magazine as "Best Base For Whale Watching" for 2009!
The flowers are blooming, the leaves are coming out...spring is a magical time on Cape Cod. If you want to sneak a peak, just visit our webcam on our website to experience our view at Land's End this spring.

No need to leave your beloved pet at home! Bring him/her along to enjoy the magnificent beaches, walking on Commercial Street, hiking to Clapps pond, swimming in the salt-marshes, or walking the breakwater to Long Point. Your dog will simply love Provincetown. In fact, some outside restaurants and many shops encourage you to bring your pet along. Especially the dog bakery and pet shop.
Need a more structured environment for Fido? Provincetown has a fabulous new dog park located on Shank Painter Road. It's called the Pilgrim Bark Park and it's open to the public for both dog and owner to enjoy. There's also K.C.'s Animal Resort just down the street for doggy/kitty daycare and boarding.
